4	How we do it… Through the excellence of our people! While we embrace the use of IT systems to aid our activities, we still firmly believe in underwriters using their knowledge, skill and attitude to assess a risk and devise an acceptable solution. We have built an online quote engine to help brokers with indicative quotes. This will enable you and us to focus on risks where we know we can compete effectively.
